Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

As of 1st November 2022 a deposit of 50% of your appointment value will be required to confirm your appointment.  This request will come via text and/or email directly from our booking system Fresha.

We do understand that life changes and sometimes you will need to cancel or change your booking.  By booking an appointment at Beauty Essentials, (whether in person, by phone, by text, messenger, email or online) you agree that you understand this policy in full and are legally liable for any costs incurred by not adhering to it.

If you do wish to cancel we ask for 48 hours notice by either emailing salon@beautyessentialsoxon.co.uk, calling 01235 359327 or texting 07583 371198.  If you call us outside of our normal salon hours please leave a message to include your name, time and date of the appointment you wish to cancel and your contact number.  Failure to leave a message will mean that your cancellation request will not be picked up and you will be charged in accordance with our policy below.

We reserve the right to charge you 50% of your total appointment value if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment and we are unable to fill your cancelled slot – if this is the case your deposit will be forfeit.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment and we are unable to fill your cancelled slot we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your total appointment value – if this is the case we will send you an invoice for the balance of your treatment value with a payment link.

If you need to rebook your appointment, and you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.  If you reschedule your appointment with less that 48 hours notice, the above charges may apply.

If you do not turn up for your appointment (No-Show) then we reserve the right to charge you the full value of all treatments booked – if this is the case we will send you an invoice with a payment link.

All group or multiple treatment bookings will also require a 50% deposit to confirm your appointment(s).  In addition to the policies above we require 3 salon working days notice of cancellation for this type of booking and reserve the right to not refund the deposit if we are unable to fill the whole time booked for the appointment.

We respectfully ask you to settle any invoice that you receive against these policies within 7 days. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in further action being taken to recover this debt and possible legal action being instigated through our 3rd party debt recovery agency.

Beauty Essentials are unable to take any further bookings until all outstanding charges have been settled.

As a small business these policies are important to us and have been put in place to protect us financially and allow us to continue offering our services at competitive rates.
